Epic, Simple Yorkshire pudding Recipe
Whenever there’s a roast dinner (aka roastie) in our house, Adam’s job is the Yorkshire puddings. Today, Adam will share his secret but oh so simple recipe:
Note: This recipe makes six epic Yorkshire puddings. Simply double the recipe for twelve if you’re cooking for more.
1 cup of flour
1 cup of milk
A pinch of salt
Oil (vegetable or olive) to grease the pan.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Drizzle oil into muffin tin and place in the oven to heat up.
While the muffin tin is heating up, make the batter: Make a well in the flour and slowly add eggs and then milk.
Add a pinch of salt.
Beat the mix like crazy to get air into it.
Pull out the muffin tin from the oven once up to heat and then pour the batter into the muffin tin.
Place back in the oven. Cooking time varies by muffin tin sizes but simply watch them grow into massive, golden brown, Yorkshire pudding goodness.
Don’t be tempted to open the oven before they are ready!
